Agreement

By using TransAndLearn, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licensed application terms for apps distributed through the App Store. Apple's standard terms are available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Service

TransAndLearn provides translation, Japanese reading support, local history, and language learning notes. AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important translations before relying on them.

Subscriptions

TransAndLearn offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store:

• Free: 800 cloud requests per week.
• Basic: 8,000 cloud requests per month.
• Pro: 80,000 cloud requests per month.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests. Your subscription remains available until the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise.

Usage Limits

Cloud usage is limited by request count and additional abuse-prevention controls. Very long inputs, unusually frequent requests, or behavior that threatens service stability may be limited or rejected.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TransAndLearn to abuse, overload, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass the service, subscription, quota, or security controls. You are responsible for the text you submit for processing.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, platform outages, store processing, model provider issues, or abuse prevention.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
