What to Include
- Your macOS version.
- The TransAndLearn app version.
- Whether the issue is about translation, subscription, quota, restore purchases, or local history.
- A short description of what happened. Do not send private text unless it is necessary for troubleshooting.
Subscriptions
Purchases, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling are managed by Apple. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple account settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app if you installed TransAndLearn on a new Mac or need to refresh subscription status.
Quota
Free usage resets weekly. Basic and Pro usage resets monthly. If the app shows that the quota is exhausted, wait until the reset time or change subscription level through the App Store flow.
